• University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or 1-2 years of relevant working experience • Proven record of project coordination and implementation • Very good computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong communication and influencing skills • Stakeholder management and project management tools • Experience in problem solving and improving processes and ways of working • Confident and clear communication in English both written and verbal
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Co-ordinate all relevant readiness initiatives connected to project implementation in the unit. • Responsible for coordinating all involved stakeholders in the unit organisation towards a successful project implementation/process change. • Responsible for steering communication and change management in a controlled way to maximise motivation for all people involved to embrace and support the implementation. • Responsible for monitoring implementation status against agreed timeline, budget and goals and taking relevant corrective actions when needed. • Secure a clear handover to the relevant stakeholders (department and roles) at project closure.
