YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the implementation of global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers. • Responsible for Retail Foundation, commercial strategy and the commercial calendar for IKEA Food in the store to maximize sales and profitability. • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of digital communication for food in the store to maximize sales and profitability. • Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the front of house operational instructions in meeting the customer to maintain operational excellence. • Secure excellence in operations and high-quality standards of customer experience in all areas by cooperating effectively with the Food Operations Manager. • Responsible for ensuring that all customer facing areas are in shape as new and that all equipment is in full working order. • Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans. • Identify areas and improve the business to secure a seamless customer experience by seeking and acting on customer feedback. • Secure a lean, diverse and high-performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence whilst empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative. • Responsible for the implementation of the global and national people and sustainability strategies.
