    * Proven advanced training in Business development, digital development or similar
    * Minimum of 5 years of working within your aligned field of development (order and service fulfilment /sales and payment solutions (including finance and credit solutions) customer engagement and support/customer meeting)
    * Experience with commercial and strategic business planning
    * Documented leadership skills
    * Preferred: Experience with B2B sales

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive the IKEA for Business development portfolio within the defined capability area
    • Use the insights in the markets to create clarity on the specific needs of the business customers (current and potential future customers) in the various business segments and across all markets
    • Work together with the IKEA for Business Development manager to develop a clear and specific perspective on the future of the IKEA business offer within your assigned subject.
    • Act as Subject Matter Expert in relevant agile teams within the Digital Unit in order to provide business expertise in digital product and solution development in the defined capability area
    • Responsible for the overall communication to markets around the new product, solutions or capabilities
    • Coordinate roll out plans of new capabilities in the assigned capability area in close collaboration with MS, CFF and market stakeholders.
    • Support in developing the required business offer processes, ways of working, tools, measurements and follow up to ensure that all relevant pre-conditions for success are in place
    • Support markets in implementation and follow-up of new capabilities.
    • Share best practices, tools and solutions across the markets
