  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
    • Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
    • Knowledge of learning delivery methods and how to meet the competence development needs of the co- workers
    • Knowledge of implementing learning materials to enable co-workers to develop
    their competencies Knowledge of using the right tools and methods to ensure the desired co-worker competence, Knowledge of how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilise knowledge within IKEA and between co-workers
    • Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Responsible for the delivery of learning and development initiatives to the units, securing business impact and creating a great and valuable learning experience before, during and after the initiative.
    • Create, engage and develop a pool of competent facilitators for the various learning solutions
    • Ensure that global tools and learning offers are implemented and localised based on unit needs, in co-creation with country Leadership & Competence Leader
    • Drive the execution of country training calendar for both leadership and competence development in units, securing learning data reporting within area of responsibility.
    • Use digital tools and systems that support an efficient and accurate learning delivery process and follow-up
    • Network with stakeholders in units to identify, understand and gather their learning and development needs
    • Follow up on the deliverables and outcome of the learning activities, securing consistency of the process in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in People & Culture
    • Actively secure that the learning environment and learning activities promote and stimulate the IKEA values and culture
    • Contribute to the successful implementation of the country Succession agenda, working closely with relevant stakeholders in unit level.
    • Provide the Unit People & Culture teams with expertise and guidance, acting as first point of contact for all leadership and competence queries.
