This role will primarily focus on Business Continuity Management during the first two years, report to Country Business Risk & Compliance Mgr. The major job responsibilities include: • Act as Ingka China process leader for Business Continuity Management, including Crisis Management and develop the Tactical direction and coordination of business continuity and disaster recovery efforts for all key operational processes in Ingka China. • Take the lead in developing our ways of working, related steering and supporting documents as well as digital tools required to support business. • Support the organization as a subject matter expert in disaster recovery, crisis management and business continuity planning. • Lead and develop standardized and automated ways of working with Business Continuity management to create efficiency and alignment throughout Ingka China. • Lead the work to secure the needed competence and knowledge of business continuity throughout Ingka China by facilitating learning and awareness activities. • Secure that maturity models, KPIs and performance management systems are in place and continuously updated/improved. • Actively inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a risk culture, and thereby support growth and maximization of business value. • Support the realization of the Business Risk & Compliance plan within the area of responsibility • Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to secure the safety and security of customers, co-workers, units and assets throughout the country and all business within Ingka. • Responsible to coordinate Country Critical Information Flow to quickly and appropriately inform all relevant stakeholders in case of potential crisis
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Business Continuity, risk management and or Safety and security. • University degree and/or proven knowledge in the field of Security, preferably specialized in Business Continuity. • Experience from working business holistically. • Clear and confident communicator, focused on building business relationships and strong stakeholder management. • Ability to make well balanced decisions taking different business, people and ethical perspectives into consideration. • Strong sense of integrity and high ethical standards.
