    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    1. plan for CP handling flow fulfill store needs
    2. As CP contact window to coordinate with other functions in IKEA Supply Chain
    3. Secure stock accuracy
    4. Support the CP in developing and managing the quality work.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Make daily CP receiving planning base on receiving slot and CP capacity in terms of the lest demurrage & detention fee and fulfill the most goods availability in CP.
    2. Planning retail orders according to shipping schedule and transport mode to achieve filling rate and lead-time goal.
    3. Contact shipping company to smoothly proceed with the transportation booking and contact the customs team for declaration.
    4. Coordinate with warehouse operations team for daily inbound and outbound flow.
    5. Make regular report to monitor planning, quality and relevant functions performance.
    6. Quality contact window to register and document inbound deviations, communicate all necessary documentation and information to suppliers.
    7. Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts.
    8. Handling of inventory deviation during operation.
