PURPOSE OF THE JOB Create and implement store layouts and range presentation solutions that are based on global, as well as local priorities to improve the shopping experience and strengthen the IKEA brand. ASSIGNMENTS • Execute work assignments that require some judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations, relating to the core of Ingka's value chain. • Initiating new and following general instructions on new work processes. • Determine resource (materials and tools) needs for own area of work. • Share information and insight with co-workers and superiors. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 2 years of related experience

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.96 - $25.45
