We are looking for a passionate recruiter who will support our exciting plans in South Korea. You will work in close collaboration with the line managers and your mission will include continuously elevating the quality of recruitment throughout the country. The contract is for a period of 6 months (approx between March and September 2025).

As a person you are a strong communicator who enjoys being in frequent contact with line managers and candidates alike. You act as an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values and enjoy working with tactical and operational tasks in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment.

We see that you can have a structured, efficient way of working that allows you drive multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. You are able to quickly grasp new concepts, understand processes and the workings of various recruitment platforms. You speak and write both Korean and English fluently.

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Driving recruitment processes for our Retail business across Korea.
- Communicating frequently with line managers, support them with all their recruitment needs and coaching them along the way.
- Keeping in contact with the candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyzing various key figures and focusing on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment in your area of responsibility.
- Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the functions in your area of responsibility, the relevant job profiles and the needs of the line managers.
- Being a strong believer in and advocate for diversity and equal opportunity for all candidates.

To be considered for this role you must fulfil the following requirements:
- 1-year minimum experience of progressive Human Resources, Recruitment or Communication.
- Experience working in volume hiring, campus recruitment or direct sourcing would be beneficial.
- Ability to coach managers across all functions of the organization.
- Highly adaptable nature, you can embrace change and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will report to the Country Talent Development Manager and the role is located in Seoul, South Korea.
