Join us in leading new Expansion and SISAN (Store In Shape As New) projects within home furnishing and help us bring IKEA to even more homes! Please note: this is a one-year temporary contract.

    In this role you will:
    - Lead and inspire the Retail Solution team to raise the IKEA home furnishing expertise to ensure that local solutions contribute to strengthening the IKEA Brand, increasing sales and improving the customer experience
    - Lead remodeling initiatives for existing stores SISAN and Expansion Projects, to make sure developments are in line with the IKEA identity and to optimize commercial opportunities
    - Secure that the country Commercial team has the right understanding of the store layout, range presentation and store communication to contribute to the development of all customer meeting points
    - Contribute with measuring the performance of product presentation and design to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year

    We’re looking for you who has:
    • Minimum 5 years of ComIn / HF&RD experience
    • At least 3 years’ experience of leading teams at IKEA
    • Previously led minimum 1 SISAN or expansion project from start to finish
    • Deep home furnishing and retail design knowledge
    • The ability to lead projects, prioritise and make decisions with speed and simplicity

    In this role you will report to the Country Home Furnishing & Retail Design Manager. This role is located in IKEA Korea Service Office, Gwangmyeong and is a temporary assignment with a one-year duration.
