Internship Opportunity – Learning Development Projects at IKEA Retail Concept Learning (Delft)

IKEA Retail Concept Learning, based in Delft, is offering an internship for a motivated student to join our Learning Team. This is a hands-on internship, not a graduation (research) internship.

Your Daily Activities
As part of the Learning Team, you’ll contribute to projects that shape how we build knowledge and capabilities across IKEA. You’ll work closely with experienced learning professionals and have the opportunity to support and lead parts of key initiatives.
One of the exciting projects you may be involved in:
Updates of existing learning programs
As part of our transformation, we are updating some of our programs and e-learning solutions. You’ll help assess the impact and support the coordination of updates.
Skills you’ll develop:
- Learning solution mapping
- Project coordination
- Stakeholder communication
Competence needed:
- Learning creation and/or project management
About you
You’re someone who shares our values, has a passion for learning and development, and is eager to grow—both personally and professionally. You also meet the following criteria:
- You’re in your 3rd or 4th year of a HBO program preferably in the field of: Educational Sciences, Learning, Measurement & Innovation, Education / e-learning.
- Available from February 2026, for 32–36 hours per week for at least 5 months
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic
