  • IKEA London City are looking to welcome a Kitchen sales specialist. Working for IKEA London City means you will get to experience the new multi-site way of working, between IKEA Hammersmith and IKEA Oxford Street.

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • The Start Date of employment will be 23rd April 2025.
    • The starting salary for this role is £29118.95 per annum, based on competence and experience.
    • 39 hours working 5 days including every other weekend off.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous, although not required, and you will be able to conduct sales discussions with ease.
    • Experience of working in a customer and commercial-oriented business, with an interest in people’s everyday life at home within their kitchen.
    • Confidence to take personal initiatives and be open to change, with the ability to both find solutions to complex problems and be able to communicate to the customer.
    • Confident in using computer software.


    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON THE DAY TO DAY

    • You actively engage with our customers to identify their needs and how to inspire and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings.
    • Support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop.
    • Kitchen Planning & Designing for up to 2 hours with an additional 30-60 minutes to provide accurate plans, worktop and installation quotations for the customer.
    • Support with responding to the customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely.
    • Working to KPIs to provide service delivery agreement for customers.
