  • What you'll need to have

    •University degree and 6 years of related experience, or minimum 10 years of related experience
    •Minimum 5 years of managerial experience

    A day in your life with us

    •Ensure the relevant global people policies and standards are fully supported by the Management Team, implemented across the country and lived up to (e.g. Code of Conduct, co-worker relations principles).
    •Establish and foster an ongoing open dialogue with co-workers, their associations and other organizations, contributing to successful negotiations with worker’s council/labour unions.
    •Lead the development of country people & culture policies and procedures in line with employment law compliance and secure implementation and follow up.
    •Identify, evaluate and monitor actual and potential labour issues evolving internally or externally that could create significant risks for Ingka.
    •Lead and develop the health & wellbeing framework in the country.
