    • Experienced in following action plans and working methods under managerial guidance.
    • Availability for early morning shifts (Weekdays: 3:00–10:00 AM, Weekends: 2:00–9:00 AM)
    • Availability to work weekends (approximately 3 per month).
    • Reliable transportation is an asset, as public transit may be limited during early hours.
    • You’re comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and being active (standing and walking) throughout your shift.
    • Minimum 1 year of related experience.

    A day in your life with us

    • Perform the core aspects of this role effectively and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity.
    • Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility.
    • Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
    • Ensure optimized daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.

As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.
