    a. KNOWLEDGE
    •Knowledge of retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods.
    • Understanding of IKEA quality processes, rules, and guidelines.
    • Knowledge and skills of safe and efficient forklifts' driving working methods according to IKEA rules and local legislation
    • Knowledge of functions/departments within the IKEA unit and how they contribute to the overall fulfilment processes and customer experience
    • Basic understanding of KPIs used for success measures in own function
    • Understanding of the IKEA Code of Conduct, as well as regulations and legislation relating to health, safety, and security
    • Understanding of the IKEA Brand Identity and the IKEA Culture & Values
