    Job description

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Support leasing activities by facilitating effective communication and coordination between the Leasing Commercial function and Centre Management teams. Ensure accurate and high-quality information flow to support decision-making, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to align on leasing strategies and goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

    • Conduct and prepare market research, competitor studies, and customer profiling to support the leasing plan.
    •  Gather and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local tenants, market trends and portfolio insights.
    • Support and initiate pro-active cross-department cooperation with the leasing teams and responsible people within the projects and centres.
    • Coordination of project-related activities. 
    • Follow up on Offer Development Plan in support to Leasing Commercial Manager.
    • Monitor and analyses Tenants’ sales performance. 
    • Prepare and compile of materials for monthly meetings, including presentations, agendas, and reports.
    • Track and monitor leasing milestones, renewals, and upcoming deadlines to support proactive decision-making.
    • Initiate and support in organising leasing-related internal and external meetings and events. 
    • Collect statistics and reports about tenants sales, categories performance data that could be used for planning and analytical process  
    • Provide general administrative support and coordination of the Commercial team
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager as defined. 

    Qualification

    Qualifications  

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing, retail operations, or commercial property management.
    • Familiarity with shopping centre operations and tenant mix strategies is preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and ability to work with leasing systems/databases.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills focus on Excel and Power point
    • Good written and spoken English as a business language.
