As a Business Navigation Manager, you play a critical role in driving growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability of the business. You will act as a strategic business partner, connecting insights, data, and commercial priorities to guide decision-making across the organisation.

What You’ll Do?
Partner closely with the Store Manager to shape and drive the Market Business Plan, aligned with IKEA direction and local opportunities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
Drive performance follow-up, ensuring teams stay focused on goals and take action on deviations
Translate business strategies into clear financial insights and impactful decisions
Lead scenario planning to enable fast, data-driven responses in a changing environment
Analyse investments, costs, and business opportunities to ensure strong return on investment
Deliver actionable insights through reports, performance analysis, and collaboration with data teams
Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements, leveraging benchmarking and digital tools
Drive a cost-conscious and performance-driven culture across the market
Lead, coach, and develop the Business Navigation team while building capabilities across functions
