People and Culture Manager

Your Role
As a People and Culture Manager, you will act as a business partner for the Site Manager and other leadership colleagues, collaborating with them on all people-related activities. Together with your People and Culture team, you will lead efforts to ensure that people strategies are effectively implemented at a local level, creating a work environment where IKEA values and culture are a living reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and follow up on the efficient and effective implementation of overall P&C processes and yearly activities in your unit.
- Lead the implementation of IKEA People Strategy and relevant plans for your unit to meet business needs for today and tomorrow, ensuring all coworkers experience collaborative environment where we thrive together and expand our business.
- Lead the people and culture agenda and connected initiatives in your unit with the ambition of creating a successful and high-performing organization.
- Secure the right competence in the unit to execute P&C processes in the best possible way.
- Contribute to identifying and building up competence and leadership for your unit.
- Ensure P&C compliance with labor laws, relevant regulations, and internal requirements.
- Facilitate strong value chain competence through development opportunities, learning, and succession within the business unit, Inter IKEA, and IKEA network to secure the right competence at the right place and time.
- Safeguard the implementation and adherence to People Principles (organizational and design principles).
- Drive a healthy work environment and nurture a constructive and cooperative dialogue with social partners to find sustainable business and people solutions to opportunities and challenges.
- Contribute to making IKEA an equal, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure the site is at the forefront of various People & Culture activities and is ready to support and share knowledge, good examples, and best practices with other Industry sites and IKEA organizations.

You will report to the Site Manager and will be responsible for leading the People and Culture team for the unit. In your role, you will also serve as the People and Culture Leader for both the Zbąszynek and Orla Manufacturing Area.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in the IKEA Industry office in Zbąszynek.
