    Job description

    Role Highlights:

    • Assist in document verification related to Human Rights and Sustainability, including the language skills support.  
    • Engage business partners with IKEA requirements internally and externally.
    • Support the team with training events.

    Qualification
    • Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
    • Holds a work permit for Poland.
    • Background in International Human Rights Law or similar is a plus.
    • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
    • Enjoy networking and building relationships.
    • Motivated by continuous learning and improvement.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing a driving license (Cat. B) is an advantage
