    Job description

    Your main responsibilities will be:   

    • Leading co-operation with external payroll provider  

    • Acting as subject matter expert in payroll for the P&C team and other stakeholders in the organization 

    • Co-operating with internal Accounting and Controlling team 

    • Statutory reporting (GUS, US, PFRON) 

    • Preparing reports and data for the management board, external auditors, and ZUS 

    • Development and implementation of P&C policies  

    • Leading and participation in projects related to payroll and personnel administration (for example pay transparency implementation) 


    Qualification

    To be successful in this role you need to have: 

    • At least 3-5 years’ experience as Payroll specialist (for Poland) 

    • Knowledge of Polish payroll, social security regulations and Polish Labor Code 

    • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

    • Knowledge of Workday system will be an advantage

    • As a person you need to be passionate about people and to have a strong belief in an individual’s potential

    • You are self-reliant and motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and have the ability to establish trustful relationships

    • If you have lots of energy, a strong drive and high commitment and you enjoy working in a diver and changing environment where there is still time for laughter every day, this could be the job for you


    More Information

    This position is full time and based in our office in Warsaw, Poland (Aleja Krakowska 61). 

    We work in a hybrid model in which majority of the working time should be from the office.
