IKEA Industry Nantong belongs to IKEA Industry, production of foil on board furniture products. It is located in the New & High-tech Industry Development Zone, Nantong, Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of around 140,000 square meters and has about 350co-workers. IKEA Industry Nantong was established in 2012, and officially went into production in August 2013. It is the first highly automated furniture production demonstration company in China invested by IKEA Industry.
Since its opening, IKEA Industry Nantong has always been aiming to realize IKEA's vision and has committed to providing customers with home furnishing products with good quality and afford-able prices. IKEA Industry Nantong has always been committed to the IKEA concept of sustainable development. To operate our business in a sustainable way, to make our products from sustainable and renewable materials, we strive to have a positive impact on people and planet, we invested in the solar panel project under the support from IKEA Industry.it is the biggest sustainability project in Asia, After the project is completed, the annual power generation reached 8 GWh one year it could be covering 50% of the energy consumption, in addition to reducing the CO2 emission approximately 5100 Ton. It also plans to convert only 6% of its remaining steam energy to renewables in FY25. All raw materials and packaging materials in our factory are FSC certified to ensure that the wood comes from high-quality managed and sustainable forests , We are also committed to turning production waste into treasure, reusing 100% of wood waste and 90% of other waste, and achieving zero landfill. Furthermore, we have been action to protect water resources and biodiversity.

Job description
- Direct and manage financial operations to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of money, materials, and assets while maintaining appropriate internal controls to assure compliance with good financial policies and procedures in safeguarding the company’s assets.
- Cost control and cost reduction projects supporting lean culture. Identify cost savings, productivity and other opportunities and propose solutions in order to establish plant control issues, correction and compliance.
- Provide status of financial condition of the company by collecting, interpreting and reporting key financial data to support plant discussions and decision making regarding setting priorities, optimizing work flow, supporting manufacturing operations, and accomplishing other goals and objectives.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, professional and corporate requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside auditors/advisors, and filing financial reports.
- Facilitates the budget preparation along with developing financial business plans and forecasts.
- Maximizes return and limits risks for including cash, investments, and other asset management.
- Coordinates with management team strategic planning, including but not limited to goals for current and future years; financial planning for growth and expansion.
- Consistently follow the vision and values of IKEA
- Perform other tasks assigned by site manager.
Qualification
- 3 years of Finance management related experience at least, active and high energy with result driven;
- Good at English both in writing and speaking skills;
- Excellent analytical ability, profound knowledge in controlling, budgeting and reporting;
- Good at communication, coordination and awareness of responsibility, with high performance in leadership;
- Skillful in office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
