    Job description

    Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with tenants in the initial phase of the construction works. Coordination of the activities among tenants, constructions companies and authorities. Ensures tenants’ compliance with Centre’s Terms and Conditions of the Tenancy Agreement, MyTOWN House Rules, Fit Out Manual, Design Guidelines and Tenant Coordination Guidelines.

    1. In depth knowledge of fit-out design, proactive in resolving issues and liaising with tenants, contractors, consultants, leasing and operations on the pre-requisite requirements and guidelines before commencement and execution of any fit-out design and relevant works;
    2. Review and comment tenant’s concept design submissions for their outlets;
    3. To conduct kick off meetings and follow up meetings to manage and facilitate with the entire design and fitting out process;
    4. To issue tenant with Fitout manual, Lease of Drawings, relevant development/base build supporting documents for tenant’s design;
    5. Inspect premise and verify accuracy of Lease of Drawings - Landlord’s base-built provisions and follow up with necessary actions to fulfil landlord’s obligation of unit’s physical handover premise;
    6. Conduct joint inspections for unit handover to tenant;
    7. To track and monitor closely completion of work stages to ensure timely completion of various stages of the design and fit-out work;
    8. Monitor site works quality and compliance with the landlord’s approved design;
    9. Oversee the tenant’s fit-out program and conformance to landlord’s requirement;
    10. Coordinate and liaison with other mall departments to ensure mall’s key operations are not compromised;
    11. To keep and document all processes within a tenant fit out folders for official recording of all proceedings within the document controller’s record system;
    12. Assist on plan and manage project schedule and site reports; and
    13. Well versed in all laws governing the building management.

    Qualification
    • Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related disciplines;
    • 1-2 years supervisory experience in retail fit-out or project management environment;
    • Proficient in hand sketch and computer literacy in MS office, Auto CAD, 3D max, sketch up, MS project, photoshop, ai illustrator); and
    • Competent in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and others dialects.

    • Ability to manage several designs and projects simultaneously;
    • Proficient with MS Office and other office applications includes Auto CAD, 3D max, sketch up, photoshop, ai illustrator.
