    You have experience with (Google) analytics and CMS and know how to develop online solutions that answer sales, analytics and industry trends and needs.

    Next to that;
    You have knowledge of online direction setting as well as follow up on KPIs. You know how to work with seasonality and celebrations in the Dutch market. You have good knowledge of SEO, good knowledge of conversion optimization and customer journeys analyzes and content improvement.

    In the temporary role (~5 months) as Online Range Specialist, you encourage existing customers to shop more frequently and in larger volumes. By offering and optimizing the best shopping experience and optimizing your product range you are responsible for, achieving maximum sales growth and profitability in the E-commerce channel. You contribute actively to attract and convert more consumers to customers.
    Your responsibilities
    '- Responsible for securing that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels according to the business rules.
    - Responsible for effectively administering range changes.
    - Responsible for maximizing the online sales and sales margin of the range in collaboration with the Selling team.
    - Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing with insights and ideas to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer. This includes content creation together with the other online specialists in the team.

    - Contribute with insights to key stakeholders in the market on how to improve the multichannel customer experience.
    - Contribute to optimize the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work proactively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level
    - Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact (for example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture)
    - Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values
