Join IKEA as a P&C Location Operational Services (LOS) Team Leader and guide, execute, and coordinate operational people and culture service delivery within assigned areas such as Absenteeism and Prevention. This unique opportunity allows you to make a significant difference in a dedicated area, all while being part of a global movement that values people and planet. We are looking for one fulltime team leaders to join our team on a permanent contract, based at our Service Office in Haarlem.

    A day in your life with us

    The essence of this function is to be a strong people manager, ensuring a solid foundation for operational excellence in P&C service delivery. You will guide and coordinate operational services, constantly seeking opportunities to improve current ways of working and providing input on P&C policies and programs.

    What else you will do:
    - Guiding, executing and coordinating operational people and culture service delivery for the defined scope of services within assigned areas: Absenteeism and Prevention.

    - Be a strong people manager to secure strong foundation for operational excellence.

    - Looking for the opportunities, how to improve current ways of working.

    - Providing input on P&C policies, processes and programs to P&C stakeholders within the area of responsibility.

    - Deploying services that are required to be executed at a local level.

    - Managing and coordinating local P&C service delivery to ensure risk and compliance.

    You will supervise the Absenteism and Prevention team which contains of about 12 team members. You will report to the Country P&C Location Operational Services Manager. Together with the other LOS Team Leader (Recruitment, learning development and mobility), this is a new position within the P&C department at service office.

As a LOS Team Leader, you will be based at our service office in Haarlem, with an expectation to work half of your time on site. The role offers a competitive monthly salary in a range between 4400,- and 6000,- gross per month, reflecting your experience and expertise. It's a permanent contract. You will report to the Country LOS Manager.

    You will also get:
    - You will receive an 13th month and 8% holiday pay. These will be paid out in December and May as standard, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.

    - A collective bonus scheme. This is determined annually and amounts to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary.

    - Travel expenses for public transport are reimbursed 100%. Do you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store? Then you can also opt for a lease bicycle. Are you traveling by car? Then you will receive a travel allowance up to a maximum of 243 euros per month.

    - 15% employee discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.

    - Meals at cost price in the co-worker restaurant.

    - Advantage on your fitness subscription and sports at a gym of your choice.

    - A group discount on health insurance. No matter where you're insured, you'll receive the additional IKEA Inzetbaar module as a gift. This includes, among other things, 6 free physiotherapy sessions, support for reducing stress, and help maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

    Please note that employees with a Sociaal Plan will be prioritized in this recruitment process. In this recruitment there is no relocation support provided by IKEA; hence we're looking for people already living in the mentioned locations.
