    A day in your life with us

    The essence of this function is to be a strong people manager, ensuring a solid foundation for operational excellence in P&C service delivery. You will guide and coordinate operational services of Recruitment, Learning and Mobility and constantly seeking opportunities to improve current ways of working and providing input on P&C policies and programs.

    What else you will do:

    - Guiding, executing and coordinating operational people and culture service delivery for the defined scope of services within assigned areas: Recruitment, Learning Delivery and Mobility.

    - Be a strong people manager to secure strong foundation for operational excellence.

    - Looking for the opportunities, how to improve current ways of working.

    - Providing input on P&C policies, processes and programs to P&C stakeholders within the area of responsibility.

    - Deploying services that are required to be executed at a local level.

    - Managing and coordinating local P&C service delivery to ensure risk and compliance.

    You will supervise the Recruitment, Learning Delivery and Mobility team which contains of about 12 team members. You will report to the Country P&C Location Operational Services Manager.

    Within Recruitment, we are making sure that we have right people at the right place at the right moment. Within Learning Delivery we make sure that all prerequisites are in place to secure exceptional training experience to our co-workers. And last, but not least, within Mobility, we are making sure everything is in place for our co-workers coming from abroad into our organisation, or vice versa.



    For this role, we are looking for an experienced leader who has a passion for operational excellence within People & Culture and wants to make a difference in a dedicated area. You are technically savvy, flexible, stress-resistant, a natural networker, and you always keep in mind: what we do today, how can we do it better tomorrow?

    What else you need:

    - Experienced leader with passion for operational excellence within People & Culture. We are looking for 5-8 years of experience with at least 3 years of (people) management experience.

    - Technical savvy.

    - Flexible and stress-resistant.

    - Natural networker.

    - Always seeking improvement: "what we do today, how can we do it better tomorrow?".

    - Fluent English is a must and Dutch is an advantage

And IKEA will take good care of you too. As a P&C Location Operational Services Team Leader, you will be based at our Service Office in Haarlem, with an expectation to work 3 days on site.

    You will receive:
    - A competitive salary between € 4.900,- and € 7.500,- bruto gross per month, incl. the 13th month and holiday allowance of 8%. These will be paid out in December and May as standard, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.

    - A collective bonus scheme. This is determined annually and amounts to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary.

    - Travel expenses for public transport are reimbursed 100%. Do you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store? Then you can also opt for a lease bicycle. Are you traveling by car? Then you will receive a travel allowance up to a maximum of 243 euros per month.

    - 15% employee discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.

    - Meals at cost price in the co-worker restaurant.

    - Discount on your fitness subscription and sports at a gym of your choice.

    - A group discount on health insurance. No matter where you're insured, you'll receive the additional IKEA Inzetbaar module as a gift. This includes, among other things, 6 free physiotherapy sessions, support for reducing stress, and help maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

    In this recruitment there is no relocation support provided by IKEA; hence we're looking for people already living in the mentioned locations.
