• Deep knowledge of the local market, our consumers and specifically business customers and their needs. • Broad knowledge of businesses, business trends and office trends. • Wide knowledge of the IKEA product range and services across all HFBs. • Good understanding of local rules and regulations furnishing businesses within all segments. • Strong knowledge of competitors in the local market • Broad understand of the IKEA supply chain and the challenges this can create for the business customers shopping with IKEA • Deep understanding of the Business Customer Experience maps and how to influence each step of the customers journey.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the IKEA for Business team, develop, coach and challenge your co-workers to grow and perform. • Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders. • Analyse sales and customer KPI performance and use this knowledge to priorities initiatives and improve performance. • Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in your market, both online and offline. • Build long-lasting relationships with local business communities and actively spread the awareness of IKEA as a brand and partner for business in your local market. • Understand the market P&L and the influence your department has on the financial results. • Present and sell larger projects to the customers stakeholder/management group. • Create sales quotations, follow-up on customer journeys and see projects to completion.
