    • As a Kitchen Production Assistant, you will support in producing meals in our busy co-worker restaurant - including our meatballs and hot dishes! If you enjoy serving great food, smoothing operations, and creating an enjoyable food experience for your fellow coworkers, this role is for you.


    WHAT WE OFFER

    • The Start Date of employment will be 20th October 2026.
    • £15,736.50 per annum, 22.5 hour contract.
    • £10,491.00 per annum, 15 hour weekend only contract.
    • 22.5 hours per week working 3 days over 7 including alternate weekends.
    • 15 hours per week working weekend only, Saturday and Sunday.
    • Hours of operation for this role are 6am until 10pm and shifts will fall within these times.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    •You enjoy working in a busy role, where you will be managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
    • Be able to manage your own tasks, stay motivated, ready to play your role in the Food team.
    • Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.



    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • You will be preparing and making meals using our ovens and kitchen equipment to offer a taste of Sweden to our co-workers and external partners.
    • Managing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure IKEA remains a safe place for people to work.
    • Preparing for the next day's trade, as well as managing waste and working in a sustainable and cost-conscious way.
    • Following a cleaning schedule and making sure the cleanliness of the kitchen is to a high standard.
