    · Customer-centric mindset – understands consumer behavior in retail and applies insights to improve the shopping experience.
    · Good level of spoken and written English
    · Good digital skills (Office 365...)

    What you'll be doing day to day

    Coordinate pricing and supply forecasting across the Home Furnishing Business area with the Sales Performance Leader.

    Support administrative sales tasks such as range management, proof reading e.g., of commercial communications, updating sales tools, and monitoring performance.

    Track sales and gross margin performance, identify gaps, and support Business Leaders in taking action.

    Collaborate with the Selling team to contribute to planning and achieving shared goals.

    Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

    Support different customer meeting points (physical and non-physical) to help meet business objectives.

    Measure and analyze sales activities to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

    Promote a collaborative and open culture, embodying IKEA values and supporting our ongoing transformation.
