    • IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome Weekend Customer Warehouse Assistants to join our motivated and passionate team. This role is customer-facing, and a varied job role that involves warehouse operational tasks and great customer service.

    This is a weekend-only contract, working Saturdays (shifts may be between 07:00am and 20:30pm) and Sundays (shifts may be between 08:00am and 17:00pm).

    • Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
    You will ideally bring with you previous customer service experience, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves as this is a fast-paced role that combines good customer service with warehouse operational tasks. You will enjoy working as part of a team to ensure a quality shopping experience for our guests.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
    • You have a customer first mindset, serving customers in our warehouse, maximising sales, securing stock availability, administrative tasks and ensuring the area is clean, well presented, easy to shop, and ready for the following days delivery.
    • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and co-workers.
    • Checking over and handing out customer orders, exercising good attention to detail.
    • Safely and efficiently transporting products and stock within the warehouse.
