As a key member of our Marketing team, you will lead performance analysis across marketing activations to identify growth opportunities. We believe you have minimum 5-8 years of experience in measuring and developing marketing performance across brand and tactical layers. In addition, you have experience in defining marketing KPIs aligned with strategic objectives. You have deep knowledge of data analysis, techniques for measuring efficiency and effectiveness, as well as of marketing trends and performance metrics. Moreover, you have broad knowledge of marketing technology and the totality of our omnichannel IKEA business.
Your strong leadership capabilities enable you to manage stakeholders and agendas and lead change, communicating in an inspirational way with the IKEA tone of voice. You challenge existing ways of working, through taking a holistic view of a global organisation and identifying business opportunities. Your strong knowledge of marketing strategies will be useful as you lead and coordinate the Marketing plan and review processes. In a nutshell, you apply an analytical mindset to identify trends and solve complex problems effectively. You communicate effectively in English, both spoken & written. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.
Your responsibilities
In the role as Country Marketing Performance Leader, you are responsible for leading the Marketing Performance framework, defining the KPIs & measurement, optimising the ROI and influencing the business to act on recommendations.
You will:
✔ Be responsible for developing the Marketing Performance Framework (including KPIs and measurements) ✔ Be responsible for driving a significant improvement of the ROI of Marketing activities ✔ Identify recommendations and influence key stakeholders to ensure that goals are consistently met ✔ Lead the overall performance analysis of IKEA’s marketing ✔ Collaborate in the execution of global marketing activity evaluations, sharing key findings with stakeholders to improve the quality of global content and media development ✔ Contribute with identifying growth opportunities to support Customer Engagement & Loyalty Leader, Integrated Media Leader and Marketing Communications Manager to meet common goals ✔ Lead the marketing plan process, ensuring objectives are based on a clear understanding of our current performance and ROI ✔ Cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximized impact ✔ Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values.
In this role you will report to the Country Marketing Manager. This role is permanent and main working locations is in IKEA Service office, Espoo.
