    Your responsibilities will include:
    - Practising visible leadership, where you lead by example with a proactive and service-oriented approach to daily operations.
    - Ensuring that all policies, procedures, and standards are followed – including food safety and hygiene, in line with IKEA’s high standards.
    - Supporting the development of your team’s competencies.
    - Conducting care, development, salary, and performance reviews.
    - Recruiting new team members.
    - Handling operational challenges, clearing, optimizing workflows, daily follow-up with employees, and various administrative tasks.

    Together as a team
