    Additional information:
    • This role is Permanent
    • You must be available to work a rotating roster aligned to goods flow operations, including three out of four weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
    • As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates.

    About this work area

    As Fulfilment Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Coordinating and supervising the daily operational processes in the assigned area of responsibility identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that routines are followed.
    • Supporting the team planning, leading, and performing tasks in your areas of responsibility, such as picking, packing, goods receiving, and replenishment within the agreed KPIs.
    • Leading by example and actively fostering a customer-centric mindset within the team.
    • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment ensuring compliance with all safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), facilitating training, building team competence, providing feedback on performance and supporting a positive team culture.



    As Fulfilment Operations Coordinator you are or have:
    • An interest in home furnishings and inspired by the IKEA values and culture.
    • Experience in planning, leading, and improving daily operations.
    • Acting as an ambassador for understanding customer needs and meeting their expectations.
    • Enthusiastic about teamwork and motivating people.
    • Highly organised, with the ability to work in a structured way with speed and simplicity.
    • A strong advocate for a safe working environment, leading with your actions.
    • Excellent communication skills, being able to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
    • Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn relevant IKEA IT systems, solutions, and tools.
