• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
• Strong expertise in Power BI Dashboard preparation and Data Visualization
• Experience in SharePoint Site Management and Data Organization
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written, in English
• Effective team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with customs and shipping documentation (an added advantage)
• Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain processes (an added advantage)
• Enjoying working with people in a team
• Proactive and Eager to learn, willingness to know “Why”, Service minded
Your responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining Power BI Dashboards to support Custom Functions
• Ensuring the timely update of dashboards in line with evolving business requirements
• Presenting monthly KPIs using dynamic Power BI Dashboards
• Managing SharePoint Sites for Custom Functions, including data organization and maintenance
• Conducting detailed data analysis on monthly Custom Clearance Status
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to provide custom updates and ensure alignment
• Delivering monthly custom updates to internal stakeholders and facilitating forums for effective communication
• Handling day-to-day customs documentation tasks, such as shipment tracking and updating custom clearance milestones in the system
• Preparing E-waybills and managing applications on government portals for necessary NOCs in the clearance process
• Facilitating timely delivery of shipments by collaborating across supply chains to achieve the goals of availability, cost-efficiency, and compliance

To support the IKEA goods availability to relevant stakeholders for the fulfillment of the agreed service level to IKEA customer, establishing the customs process and deliver operation excellence by smooth and efficient border-crossing activity at lowest cost, meanwhile fully complying with relevant laws and regulations in local country.
