  • Who you are

    • You have a minimum of 6 years of experience handling B2B customers.
    • You have a strong understanding of the Goa market and its business landscape.
    • You have experience working with large clients and achieving high sales volumes, and you are well-versed in the B2B market's sales mechanisms.
    • You know the relevant market trends as well as the needs of customers for service offerings and can use your knowledge for every new business opportunity.
    • With your strategic thinking and analytical skills, you are well versed in working with business plans, budgets, and KPIs.
    • Preference will be given to candidates based in Goa or with established local networks, as familiarity with regional dynamics, consumer behavior, and community engagement is a valuable asset for this role.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    Act as a member of the store sales team and proactively contribute to the store goals.
    Analyse the local market, specifically business customers and their business needs, and use this knowledge to improve the business customer's shopping experience
    Develop a Key Account Management (KAM) strategy and action plan with input from key stakeholders.
    Build strong relationships with the local business community and promote IKEA as a business partner.
    Understand the IKEA product range, services, business-approved range, national priorities, local market conditions, and competitors.
    Work with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure integration and maximize impact.
    Lead negotiations for RFPs and other key account deals, follow up on customer journeys, and see projects through to completion.
    Oversee the execution of deals, coordinating with co-workers to manage the process and prevent issues.
    Lead after-sales care for key accounts, providing follow-up support to ensure long-term relationships and excellent customer experiences.
