WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY: Through this internship and a training project focused on Sales activities, you will become part of the sales team within our store. You will meet the customer every day and support him in realizing his wishes through interior configuration and design tools. Guided by your company Tutor and together with your Team, you will be supporting in the following activities: - You will welcome the customer, understand their needs, offering them a complete "HomeFurnishing Solution" helping them choose furniture for the various rooms: there is always room for IKEA - "The right things in the right place": together with our experts, you will study the best display and sales solutions, ensuring the availability of products in the store - You will support the analysis of sales data and KPIs with a view to achieving the set objectives - You will learn the correct application of policies and routines related to the services offered to the customer (financing, returns, delivery and assembly planning, etc.).
