    - High school diploma or relevant experience and proven performance in logistics/supply chain.

    - Experience in coordinating teams is an advantage.
    - Orientation towards proposing initiatives, setting priorities, implementing action plans, delegating responsibilities, and providing open and honest feedback, and pursuing objectives. 
    - Excellent skills in the use of computers, digital devices and technologies used in the department. 
    - Good, clear, and concise communication skills.  
    - An approach towards identifying and implementing solutions for all challenges, having in focus business goals and improvement.
    - Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Romanian. 
    - Medium knowledge of English, written and conversational.  
    - Available to work also during weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.
    - Able to handle products up to 25 kg in daily work.

    A day in your life with us

    As Fulfilment Operations Coordinator you:

    - Support the team both planning/leading and performing tasks for major areas of responsibility, picking, packing, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed time with the customer in focus. You are coordinating Fulfilment Operations Co-workers in the assigned area of responsibility to secure the highest goods availability, operational readiness always at the lowest possible cost.
    - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the Fulfilment unit. Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and secure proper training across function. Also, engage in securing that the Fulfilment Operations Co-workers work in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
    - Consistently supports and does follow-up for the onboarding process and resourcing of the Fulfilment Operations team, monitoring progress monthly and identifying specific solutions.
    - Are responsible for the achievement of the goals decided by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations.

    Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.

    Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfilment Operations within the assigned area of responsibility by contributing to goal achievement, people, shift, and equipment planning, create co-worker’s quality awareness to prevent and reduce damages, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects, and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal needs.
    Offers support and input in setting KPIs in Fulfilment function and annual business objectives, supports in monitoring their achievement, proposes and implements actions for achieving the expected outcome. At the same time, supports the framework, the annual performance review and the achievement of the review by Co-workers.
