At IKEA, Customer Fulfilment is a key part of making omnichannel retailing work. We are now looking for a Fulfilment Integration Manager to secure excellent availability, efficient operations and strong commercial execution for Prague Market.
About the Role As Fulfilment Integration Manager, you will lead fulfilment integration in the units (both Černý Most and Zličín) by securing correct forecasting, range and stock management while developing a high‑performing team. You will work closely with Fulfilment Operations, Supply Chain and commercial partners to turn business priorities into efficient, customer‑focused execution.
Your Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute commercial activation, range changes and operational forecasting • Secure correct range management and stock accuracy • Proactively manage stock structure, reducing avoidable stock and securing healthy capacity utilisation at low cost • Lead and deliver cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring clear planning, execution and follow‑up • Drive continuous improvement using LEAN ways of working, focusing on flow, efficiency and waste reduction • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Fulfilment Integration team • Build a strong performance culture through clear priorities, delegation, follow‑up and feedback • Promote an inclusive, safe and engaging work environment

You have: • Relevant experience in fulfilment, logistics, supply chain or commercial operations • Project management experience, preferably in cross‑functional environments • Experience working with LEAN principles and continuous improvement methods • Strong digital competencies, including effective use of data, systems and analytical tools • Proven ability to lead, inspire and engage others in a changing environment • Strong understanding of budgets, costs, key performance measurements and ability to steer business through data • Experience working through others: setting priorities, delegating responsibility and giving open feedback • Flexibility to ensure physical presence at different units on specific days while maintaining the ability to work remotely as needed • Fluent written and verbal English, local language (Czech/Slovak) knowledge is a big advantage
