IKEA Purchasing Services (Czech Republic) spol. s r. o. is a purchasing organization which cooperates with furniture and home furnishing manufacturers on producing furniture with perfect design and quality for many people, and which ensures distribution into retail stores IKEA worldwide. We are a team of about 150 co-workers of over 20 nationalities.

About IKEA Purchasing Services (Czech Republic)

Role Highlights:

• Assist in document verification related to Human Rights and Sustainability, including the language skills support.  
• Engage business partners with IKEA requirements internally and externally.
• Support the team with training events.

• Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
• Holds a work permit for the Czech Republic.
• Background in International Human Rights Law or similar is a plus.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy networking and building relationships.
• Motivated by continuous learning and improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing a driving license (Cat. B) is an advantage

Internship period: 1.9.2025 – 31.8.2026.
