    IKEA is transforming from a traditional cash and carry retailer to an omni-channel retailer. Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is the logistic heart of IKEA and plays a fundamental role within Retail in achieving the IKEA goal of transformation accordingly. CFF focusses on contributing to a seamless shopping experience for the many people with great quality across all touchpoints. The Fulfilment Sourcing function (within CFF) takes accountability and overall responsibility to ensure we have the right partners for all needed customer services.

We are looking for a Customer Fulfilment Sourcing Developer. It is a full-time position with an initial temporary contract until the end of February 2026. Although we assume there would be a good chance to extend the contract further.

    • You want to connect all dots, and enjoy applying strategic, tactical, and operational approaches
    • Have a good understanding on the retail landscape and ability to prioritize and under time pressure
    • Naturally you share our IKEA vision, values and culture.

    YOUR KNOWLEDGE
    • You bring solid experience in sourcing logistic solutions for Last-Mile services, logistic industry and/or supply chain, warehousing operations, and installation/assembly/rental services
    • Supplier relationship, stake holder collaboration, project management
    • Understanding about financial and business impacts
    • You have strong analytical skills, and know how to draw conclusions to create scenarios and enable decision making
    • Knowledge on cloud-based online platforms, used for tender/bidding process
    • You have an education either in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant working experience.
    • Advance English language is necessary, Czech/Slovak language is preferable
    Your responsibilities
    • Securing customer services capacities are available, implemented, and secure business contingency plan for capacities in the mid-long term
    • Leading all assigned services tenders, projects and other sourcing initiatives.
    • Negotiations and contract management, accordingly to global IKEA standards
    • Building market intelligence, for the development of multi-sourcing options , for the development of a healthy pool of service partners and for IKEA being chosen as preferred partner (long-term supplier strategical approach)
    • Securing seamless cooperation with a customer-centric, collaborative, end-to-end and process-oriented mind-set towards both market and group functions and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensuring that the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda is included in all aspects of the business directly connected to and influenced by Strategic Sourcing.

    In this role, you will report directly to the Country Fulfilment Sourcing Manager.
