Who you areYou are a process expert with a passion for streamlining and enhancing the Order to Cash (O2C) processes. You have a proven ability to navigate complex systems, analyze opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that create a seamless flow from order to payment. You thrive in collaborative environments, effectively engaging with stakeholders and inspiring change.
- You have extensive knowledge and experience in managing Order to Cash processes, including their optimization and implementation.
- You have end-2-end thinking (to avoid sub-optimisation).
- You are skilled at analyzing data, identifying gaps, and recommending actionable improvements.
- You are experienced in project management and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
- You have an ability to lead and operate in ambiguous and uncertain conditions.
- You have an ability to understand the AS IS and understand the gap to TO BE and be able to translate the change.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to build relationships and present ideas clearly to various audiences.
- You are proficient in English and Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian with the ability to confidently communicate and influence stakeholders.
- You are willing to travel nationally and internationally.
Your responsibilities
'- You will lead the optimization and standardization of O2C processes in alignment with local and global standards.
- You will analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to ensure a smooth end-to-end O2C process.
- You will input to functional design and process design needed to close country specific requirements.
- You will drive the implementation of process changes and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- You will collaborate closely with functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve shared goals and maintain high-quality process execution.
- You will support the SAP roles mapping to the end users.
- You will provide general feedback and input on required localisation of training material. Participation and sanity check in the proposed user set up creation for the purpose of end-user training.
- You will outline incremental UAT testing scenarios that fit for purpose, take lead in User Acceptance Testing and provide first level input on solution acceptance.
In this role you will work in Budapest and report to the Country Transformation Manager
