    To be successful, we think you bring:
    • A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or corresponding.
    • Relevant procurement experience from an international organization, preferable within the area of Construction and/or Facility Management
    • Excellent business knowledge and mindset and strong project management skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deep knowledge of industry and market specific conditions as well as macro-economic trends.
    • A fact-based approach and have experience of supplier management and development.
    • Good knowledge of cost drivers and value chain.
    • Good knowledge of procurement and data analytical tools (e.g. SAP/Ariba)
    • Capability of take responsibility and initiative within your scope of work and to adapt to the fast-changing environment.
    • Fluent in German and English language, both written and verbal.
    • You are a natural in building and maintaining good relationships with people and you have a strong business mindset and drive. Change and new ways of working motivate you to find new possibilities and better solutions. Experience from procurement projects and driving business on a country or regional level with multiple business partners are a pre-requisite for success in this role.     Your responsibilities

    In your role you will:
    • Take fully responsibility for following and securing the Group Procurement sourcing process end-to-end for IKEA Construction and Rebuild Projects and Facility Management Services.
    • Be responsible for building long term trustful partnerships with key suppliers and business partners.
    • Secure compliance to Ingka Code of Conduct and IKEA way of doing business.
    • Be responsible for building and development of strong supplier base, supplier management and supplier performance by professionally challenge suppliers to constantly improve all aspects of their performance.
    • Through proactive market monitoring give input about sourcing options, supplier market, market trends and contributing to the development of the category/sourcing plans.
    • Communicates in a straightforward and inclusive manner. Listens actively to gain information, guide and support.
    • Co-operates with members of your team and with other units to find and explore synergies, to seek opportunities for improvement and to accomplish common goals.
    • Demonstrates willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new
    circumstances
    • Analyse business needs, identifying and reduce un-necessary costs, develop standards in cooperation with business partners.
    • Continuously monitor industry development, supplier market dynamics and cost drivers to find new business opportunities and explore the innovation potential.

    This position is based in Vösendorf, Austria and you will work on IKEA projects in Austria and in a Cluster/Global Ingka network as well, that opens for many possibilities.     The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 2535,- gross per month (full-time). For this position, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 3900,- gross per month based on an all-in contract(14xper year). It is important to us that you are paid fairly and in line with your competences. Therefore, your actual salary will be determined together with you in a personal interview.
