    Please note that this is a non-paid academic internship for students looking to complete the Program requirements.
    The internship will commence in January or February with a minimum of 12 weeks.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    As an intern in our Human Resources team, you will actively contribute to impactful projects that shape the learning culture of our organization. Your mission will be tailored to your profile, skills, and learning objectives, ensuring a meaningful and enriching experience.
    You will be involved in key initiatives such as:
    • Supporting the development of a national training plan aligned with strategic priorities
    • Exploring opportunities to enhance our current learning infrastructure
    • Assisting in the delivery of digital initiatives and ensuring alignment with development goals
    • Integrating, maintaining and updating learning resources to ensure accessibility and relevance
    • Monitoring training attendance and engagement, and contributing to reporting and analysis
    • Collaborating with stakeholders at country level and in our units to identify learning needs and propose innovative solutions
    You will receive close coaching and continuous feedback to ensure your work has a tangible impact on our learning ecosystem while supporting your personal and professional growth.
    Strong knowledge of English, and either French or Dutch is required.

    You will join the Learning Delivery (L&D) team at the Service Office of IKEA Belgium. Our role is to steer and support the development of our co-workers and to boost growth from within, by matching the accurate mindset, the way we do thing at IKEA and the available resources. The team is diverse, international, and strongly committed to coaching, learning, and developing our people.
