    Please note that this is a non-paid academic internship for students looking to complete the Program requirements.
    The internship will commence in January or February with a minimum of 12 weeks.

    We welcome applications from students in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Logistics, or similar fields. We value curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong eagerness to contribute.     A day in your life with us

    As an intern, you will contribute to impactful projects that help us better understand and navigate our business. Depending on your profile, skills, and learning objectives, your responsibilities will be tailored to create a meaningful learning journey. Possible areas of contribution include:

    - Identification of business efficiencies and process improvements
    - Sales performance analysis and optimization
    - Market and competitor analysis
    - Logistics and supply chain improvements
    - Commercial navigation support
    - Gross margin analysis and cost analysis
    - Strong knowledge of English, French or Dutch is nice to have


    You will receive close coaching and continuous feedback to ensure your work has a tangible impact on the business while also supporting your personal and professional growth.

    You will join the Country Business Navigation (BN) team at the Service Office of IKEA Belgium. Our role is to steer and support the business with insights, analysis, and strategies to help IKEA grow sustainably and profitably. The team is diverse, international, and strongly committed to coaching, learning, and developing our people.
