    Please note that this is a non-paid academic internship for students looking to complete the Program requirements. The internship will commence in January or February with a minimum of 12 weeks.
    Are you passionate about supply chain, omnichannel logistics and eager to make a real impact?

    We’re looking for a flexible, motivated intern to support our customer fulfilment team. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to our ambition of making IKEA’ s multi-channel retailing a reality . The fulfilment team focuses on providing seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for the many people.
    You are:
    • Currently studying Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to dive into data to uncover insights.
    • Comfortable working with IT tools and systems, and curious to learn more.
    • A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and with external partners.
    • Proactive and organized, with a drive to improve processes and deliver results.
    • Skilled in identifying root causes and implementing structured solutions
    • Excited to work in a customer-centric environment and contribute to operational excellence.
    • Available for a 12-week internship, with at least 2 days/week in our Zaventem office.
    • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

    A day in your life with us

    • Support the daily operations, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external service partners.
    • Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance data from IT systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Working on IKEA IT tools for service fulfilment operations – A hands on to experience how the IKEA’s fulfilment engine works
    • Contribute to cost and capacity planning
    • Help develop tools, templates, and routines to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and share insights.
