    Your responsibilities

    • Planning, organizing, and monitoring deliveries from receiving goods to handing over to the customer or contracted delivery service provider.
    • Participating in everyday tasks with your team – receiving goods and handing them to customers
    • Taking responsibility for capacity planning within the collection point (free space, equipment, co-workers) in compliance with commercial goals, productivity objectives, and work flexibility.
    • Ensuring that the team works proactively to optimize the logistics operations, contributing to the achievement of a positive customer experience.
    • Contributing to supply chain cost optimization by providing information to your manager related to customer expectations and potential for improvement.
    • Securing professional business relations with external companies – service providers.
    • Reducing product loss or damage in the pick-up point center, determining the cause, and identifying the ways to reduce product damage, in accordance with the logistics and customer relations procedures and routines.
