Proven work experience or bachelor’s degree (preferably Economics or MINT).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way.
Strong collaboration & communication skills.
Interest in understanding the business and its main drivers.
Interest/Knowledge in Finance & Accounting, business cases, and forecasting.
IT affinity, interest in technologies and applications.
Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)
Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools.
Experience and passion for data science
Eye for detail and accuracy
Passionate about change and always looking to improve processes.
Organized, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in English (German and other languages are a strong plus).
The ideal candidate covers many of the above-mentioned qualifications. • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus . Proficiency in SQL and Google Cloud Platform, specifically Google BigQuery, is a plus
Your responsibilities
Support the Business Navigation & Operations Manager in securing performance, profitability, and the financial frame of the Remote Customer Meeting Point.
Clear understanding of business goals, and priorities to follow through on commitments to achieve results in line with the IKEA vision and values.
Identify problems and build a good stakeholder relationship to establish a problem-solving culture.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, and promote standardized reporting.
Challenge existing processes and ways of working.
Be an ambassador for global business information solutions and common tools and provide ad hoc reports when standard solutions are not available.
