  • Who you are

    As our Technical Support Specialist, you are an important part of making sure the business is not interrupted due to digital problems. We offer a high-level IT Support to our units and proactively work to ensure business continuity.

    To succeed in this position, we think you bring:

    • Strong interest and preferably also skills in technology and hardware installations

    Your responsibilities

    In this role, you will be the hero in many situations, solving everything from printer issues to how to handle the IT equipment in a re-build. You are the local IT support but should also be prepared to support other units on site when needed.

    Furthermore, you will:
    • Proactively lead or support project implementation/deployment efforts about implementation of new Digital products, lifecycle refresh of hardware solutions and all technical implementation work
    • Be responsible for incident management, acting on reported issues
    • Take necessary decisions and actions to solve issues, as well as prioritize issues according to business needs, and know when and how to escalate an issue in the support chain.
