About the job

Reporting to the IKEA Restaurant Manager and Team Leaders, you support the daily operations of IKEA Tampines Restaurant by providing excellent customer service and housekeeping in the work area.

Your assignment

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant area by clearing the dishes and utensils, including cleaning of tables and chairs.
• Disposing and clearing of food wastage from the central clearing area.
• You adhere to existing operating procedures and ensure high levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) in your work area.
• You ensure conformance to Food Safety and Hygiene practices and always abide to health and safety regulations.
• You execute store operations and do your part to ensure operations are in line with the Functional Commercial Review Standards.
• You render accurate cash registry of sales transactions when required.

Your profile

• You are a team player, customer-service oriented and able to cope in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant.
• You are comfortable with maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
• You are able to withstand prolonged hours of standing and lift heavy trays.
• You are able to commit to working on AM/PM Shifts, including weekend and public holiday.
