Your responsibilities
• Support the Fulfilment Operations Team Leader in the daily running of fulfilment operations. • Plan, lead, and perform operational tasks including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and replenishment of goods. • Ensure all operations are completed efficiently, on time, and with a strong customer focus. • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with all safety standards and procedures. • Monitor daily operations in your assigned area and ensure routines and processes are followed consistently. • Identify improvement opportunities and take proactive actions to enhance operational performance. • Contribute to achieving team and unit goals set by the Fulfilment Operations Manager/Team Leader. • Support training and adherence to standard operating procedures across the team. • Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfilment processes. • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
