    Your responsibilities

    • Engage with customers, making them feel welcome while understanding their needs.
    • Demonstrate expertise in products and actively share knowledge of features and benefits.
    • Support and guide customers in self-planning solutions for a seamless experience.
    • Conduct one-on-one planning appointments and convert planning into sales.
    • Offer relevant services, finalize purchases, and provide after-sales support.
    • Handle returns efficiently and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
    • Maximize sales while maintaining profitability by promoting priority products.
    • Ensure proper product presentation, merchandising, and use of digital tools.
    • Uphold company values and sustainability commitments.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and overall shopping experience.
