What you'll be doing day to day
Optimize operations by integrating automation into daily work processes, ensuring efficient task distribution and reliable automation performance. Make sure automation aligns with business priorities and is prepared for peak periods and range changes. Assignments • Contribute to high-performing daily operations by developing, improving, and maintaining automation systems, proactively considering the end-to-end Fulfilment process. • Maintain stable automation performance by addressing errors, performing minor bug fixes, and keeping a clean, safe, and organized automation environment. • Implement and coordinate Level 0 support, including root-cause analysis during disruptions and quick action on system issues, configuration problems, and automation failures. • Lead and support system deployments, including the implementation and setup of system developments in close collaboration with operations; ensure necessary training and serve as a change agent for leaders and team members. • Monitor automation performance by tracking established KPIs, defining improvement actions, and ensuring procedures follow system setups and operational standards.

• Logistics or Supply Chain Management and 2 years of related experience, or a minimum of 5 years of related experience. •Basic understanding of sustainability principles and a strong interest in environmental and social impact within a retail or supply chain environment •Ability to support the implementation of sustainability initiatives by collecting data, tracking performance, and following up on action plans •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into practical improvements •Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with different stakeholders across the unit •Eagerness to learn and grow, with a proactive mindset and openness to new ways of working
